1. Execution and coordination of business development strategy by clients/trade lane/vertical/territory, and qualified target accounts pipeline generation. 2. Personal KPI achievement. 3. Well retention of existing accounts and new clients generation. 4. Action & respond to sales leads, sales calls, and accounts implementation. 5. Marketing information collection, including industrial, competitor, rates, clients, etc. 6. A high market profile and image of UTi development as a professional, profitable and customer oriented 3PL in the market place. 7. Cooperation with Vertical/Trade Lane to develop cross selling.
1. University or above. 2. At least 5 years in the freight forwarding or logistics industry with minimum 3 years of the sales experience, 1 years of sales management experience is preferred. 3. Knowledgeable about air/ocean/contract logistics. 4. Good oral and written English. 5. Sufficient business customers relationship on hand. 6. Be positive, professional, humorous, and international. Good communication skill both external and internal, and be a good team player. 7. Good skill on MS Office-word, excel, PowerPoint, project, visio etc is also preferred.
